We’ve all been there. You need to get dinner on the table quick so you can get the kids to the fields for practice or a game. You want to make sure they eat something that will keep them going but it needs to be quick and easy.

Meal planning has helped me a ton when it comes to this! I sit down every weekend and take a look at what our schedule looks like for the week. I see how many quick meals I need and plan it all out. By doing this, I have found that we skip hitting the drive thru and still get our family dinners in, even if we are eating quickly to head out to a game.
